Concerns and complaints
If you have an access concern or believe our nondiscrimination policy has been violated, report it to Tyson or Patrick. If the concern involves one contact, use the other.
You may also report to the President, Board Chair, or another Board-designated officer who is not the subject of the concern. Reports may be made in writing or through another accessible method.
The Board or its designee will review reported concerns, avoid conflicts of interest, gather relevant information, and determine an appropriate response. Concerns will be handled as promptly, fairly, and confidentially as circumstances reasonably permit.
BrickHouse Books prohibits retaliation against anyone who raises a good-faith concern, requests an accommodation, or participates in a review.
